Not valid for customers who have had Fioptics service in the past 6 months. Service must be installed by March 11, 2026. Eligible customers will be provided a link via email and must complete a rebate form no later than April 11, 2026 to will receive a $100 e-gift card for subscribing to 1 Gbps; a $200 e-gift card for subscribing to 2 Gbps; a $300 e-gift card for subscribing to 3 Gbps; provided that monthly service rates must be at least $50 for 1Gbps, $70 for 2 Gbps, and $100 for 3 Gbps. eBill is required to receive the full promotional discount. Customers' new subscription must remain active and in good standing for at least ninety (90) calendar days. After 90 days and upon successful completion of the rebate form, eligible customers will receive an email with digital reward code for the e-gift card from Prize Labs. The code will expire 11 months after it is sent. altafiber is not responsible for lost or expired codes.  E-gift cards will be delivered via email only. Physical gift cards will not be mailed.
