altafiber has been calling the Queen City home for 144 years. In that time we have made many technological breakthroughs, from being the first company in Cincinnati to provide direct communications from home to business in 1873, to having the world's largest switchboard in 1931, to now having the fastest internet in Cincinnati and covering 70% of the city in Fiber technology in 2017, with that number growing more in coming years. 

altafiber does more than just provide top of the line technology, we place commitment to the community as a priority because we know without this community, we wouldn't be here. Throughout the year, altafiber dedicates time, funds, and effort into showing our love for the place we call home. Employees can even participate in a program that allows them to volunteer during work hours.
