Company Consolidates Northern Cincinnati Retail Presence

Cincinnati, Ohio – Cincinnati Bell today announced the relocation of its West Chester retail store to a larger and more visible flagship location at 7731 Tylersville Road. 

Additionally, Cincinnati Bell plans to close its stores at Deerfield Towne Center and Tri-County Cassinelli Square, effective Jan. 31. 

"We are excited to welcome customers to our new flagship location in West Chester, where we can offer a retail experience that is more interactive, fun, and business-friendly," said Mike Vanderwoude, senior vice president, Consumer and Wireless. “By consolidating smaller stores into newer, larger locations, we can offer more personalized attention to customers and better showcase the full range of advanced devices and services such as smartphones and Fioptics entertainment and high-speed Internet."

Cincinnati Bell will feature the latest technology, offers and programs at its West Chester store grand opening celebration from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 28. The grand opening event also will include free food and drink, special offers, and prize drawings.
