Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company LLC d/b/a altafiber (“altafiber”). By submitting the upgrade form, you acknowledge and agree that you are an authorized user on the account and have the authority to approve the upgrade to 1 Gbps download speed for an additional $10 per month for 12 months or $15 per month for 24 months. You understand that the request may take up to three (3) business days to process and that updates or changes made during this period may not be guaranteed. Upon successful completion of the order, the applicable charge will be applied to your account, and a receipt will be sent to the email address provided. Once the upgrade is finalized, your existing promotions will be extended for an additional twelve (12) or twenty‑four (24) months, depending on eligibility and the selected term. All promotional extensions are non‑transferable and have no cash value.

Internet speeds can only reach the levels included in your service plan if the customer‑provided equipment is capable of supporting those speeds, whether over Wi‑Fi or a wired connection. If the equipment cannot handle those speeds, performance may be limited by the device rather than the internet service itself. All upgrade offers are subject to eligibility review and may be modified, denied, or canceled at altafiber’s discretion. If the upgrade cannot be completed, no charges will apply.
