By submitting the upgrade form, you acknowledge and agree that you are an authorized user on the account and have the authority to approve the upgrade to 1 Gbps download speed for an additional $10 per month. You understand that the request may take up to three (3) business days to process and that updates or changes during this period may not be guaranteed. Upon successful completion of the order, the applicable charge will be applied, and a receipt will be sent to the email address provided. Once the upgrade is finalized, your existing promotions will be extended for an additional twelve (12) months, with all promotional extensions being non-transferable and having no cash value. All upgrade offers are subject to eligibility review and may be modified, denied, or canceled at altafiber’s discretion. If the upgrade cannot be completed, no charges will apply.
