By submitting the upgrade form, you acknowledge and agree that you are an authorized user on the account and have the authority to approve the upgrade to 1 Gbps download speed for an additional $20 per month. 3 months free promotion is given to eligible customers as a one-time $60 bill credit, equivalent of crediting the $20 per month upgrade for 3 months. The credit will be applied once the order is successfully completed. You understand that the request may take up to three (3) business days to process and that updates or changes during this period may not be guaranteed. Upon successful completion of the order, the applicable charge will be applied, and a receipt will be sent to the email address provided.
