Availability is determined by the service address and is not available in all areas. Customers must purchase new (400Mbps-2Gbps) internet service online or through a chat agent for at least $44.99 (before eBill or ACP discount). Modem lease is optional for Internet-only service but required with TV and costs $10.99 per month. TV service requires a set-top box, which costs $8.99 per month. Each additional box costs $5 per month. When combined with internet service, the altafiber basic TV plan is free. You must purchase internet service and subscribe to eBill to qualify for free TV; eBill is required to receive the full promotional discount. If the equipment is not returned to altafiber after subscription cancellation, there will be equipment charges. Gift Card Promotion **Limited-time offer and only available to new residential customers. Availability based on service address, not available in all areas. Customers must purchase new 1Gbps or 2Gbps internet service online or through a chat agent and pay a minimum of $74.99 for 1Gbps or $104.99 for 2Gbps internet (before eBill). When service is purchased online, activation of 1 Gbps internet service is eligible for a $100 gift card and activation of 2 Gbps internet service is eligible for a $200 gift card. To be eligible, customers must maintain service for at least 60 days. After 60 days of installation and successful completion of the rebate form, the customer will be emailed a redemption code. Prize Labs issues the digital reward card, and the code expires 11 months after it is sent via email. altafiber is not responsible for expired or misplaced codes.
