How do I access Video on Demand?

With any of our set-top box Fioptics+ TV packages, we offer access to our Video on Demand (VOD) service. To access VOD, tune your set-top box to Channel 1 or press the ON DEMAND button near the center of your remote. The first time you use this service after powering on, it may take up to 3 minutes to load. After its initial loading, the service should only take 15-25 seconds to load each time you access it.

When the VOD menu appears on the screen, you can select the category and content you wish to view. Some content is free of charge, and some has a fee. Any fees will be clearly displayed as you make the purchase, and the network will ask for your confirmation. Any incurred VOD fees will be added to your monthly bill. If you have concerns about limiting access to Video On Demand, you can enable the Parental Controls feature on your set-top box.
